Warm Up

1000m Row, 5 min run on treadmill, 5.0 mph, 1.0% incline

Back Squat

5x5 reps @45#, 65#, 95#, 115#, and 135#

Bench Press

5x9 reps @95#

The last 2 sets were more difficult than I expected.

Finished with 5 mins of jump rope, drills, double under drills single, single, double.
