Professional-grade flexible weightlifting bars from Tsunami Bar. This set includes one Level 1 bar (now branded as Speed Bar) with a 45 lbs per side capacity and one Level 3 bar (now branded as Force Bar) with a 135 lbs per side capacity. These bars are constructed from a black composite material and include the necessary locking collars for securing weights.
Sold separately these would be $1,249 (currently on sale for $1,185).
Screaming deal from Jeff Michaelis up in Mead, CO who listed these for $150. I have been wanting to incorporate them into my training for a while now.
There is a large library of movements and basically anything you can do with a barbell, you can do with the speed and force bar for maximizing muscle contraction and timing.
